钢丸填充壳型线(简称壳型线),适用于采用壳型工艺(即采用覆膜砂)生产砂型,并以铁丸或干砂为充填物用以支撑砂型来完成铸件的生产。主要用于生产高质量的铸件。采用壳型工艺生产的砂型具有强度高、 透气性好、溃散性好等优点,生产的铸件具有很高的几何精度和尺寸精度,可显著地减少铸件的铸造缺陷、提高铸件的内在质量、降低铸件的废品率。
壳型线的设备构成
壳型线主要由步进式浇注冷却线单元、落砂及丸砂分离单元、钢丸降温、除尘单元和壳型线控制系统等五部分组成。
(一)步进式浇注冷却线单元
主要由填铁丸机、振实台、壳型输送机和开式输送线等部分组成。
(二)落砂及丸砂分离单元
主要由翻箱机、振动落砂机、振动输送筛分机、斗式提升机、滚筒筛、直线振动细筛、 冷却滚筒、喷水系统、带式输送机、废砂储存斗和各种溜管等部分组成。
(三) 铁丸冷却储存单元
铁丸冷却储存单元主要由铁丸冷却装置、链式斗式提升机、冷却输送滚筒、喷水控制系统、铁丸储存冷却斗等部分组成。
(四)除尘单元
除尘单元主要由除尘系统和通风系统组成。除尘系统主要由除尘器、离心式风机、尘源点吸尘罩、除尘管道和风量调节闸门等部分组成。
(五)控制单元
控制单元主要由电源总开关,及PLC逻辑控制,及人工界面触摸屏,及各单机开关箱组成。
