五、性状：无色至白色玻璃状的块、片或白色粉末。通式为线型多聚磷酸的钠盐的非均一混合体，以三聚磷酸钠为主，另含有焦磷酸钠、六聚磷酸二钠、四聚磷酸钠、五聚磷酸铵和六聚磷酸钠等，其中n值越大，则越呈透明的玻璃状。吸湿性的大小和水溶性的pH值9.5~9.8，四聚磷酸钠为8.3~8.7，五聚磷酸钠为8.6，六聚磷酸钠为8.0.具有对淀粉的强力分散作用，易溶于水，在水溶液中有螯合金属离子的性质，使难溶于水的物质分散溶解。

六、用途：在肉制品、奶制品中作品质改良剂，可作含 牙膏的磨擦剂。生化研究中一般作为分离分散和抗絮凝剂。分离碱土和重金属离子。多价络合剂。软化水。胶溶剂。金属导管防腐。

七、包装：内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，外套复合塑料编织袋包装，每袋净重25kg。

八、贮存与运输：本品应贮存在干燥通风清洁的库房中，装载运输时要轻装轻放，防止包装破损，防止受潮、受热，运输过程中防止雨淋受潮，应与有毒物品隔离。

5、Character:Colorless to white glassy block, piece or white powder. The general formula is a heterogeneous mixture of sodium salts of linear polyphosphate, which is mainly composed of sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, disodium hexapolyphosphate, sodium tetrapolyphosphate, ammonium pentapolyphosphate and sodium hexapolyphosphate. The larger the n value is, the more transparent it is. The size of hygroscopicity and pH value of water solubility are 9.5 ~ 9.8, 8.3 ~ 8.7 for sodium tetrapolyphosphate, 8.6 for sodium pentapolyphosphate and 8.0 for sodium hexapolyphosphate. It has strong dispersing effect on starch, is easily soluble in water, and has the property of chelating metal ions in aqueous solution, so as to disperse and dissolve the insoluble substances.
