1. The warranty period of the whole vacuum oil purifier is one year (excluding consumables). During the warranty period, there are three guarantees for major problems with the equipment. Any abnormal problems will be dealt with free of charge by the supplier. The party provides free lifetime technical services, and only charges the cost of accessories.

2. The supplier guarantees that the equipment provided meets the requirements of the user for production and reliable operation, and is responsible for the design, manufacture, test, supply, delivery, on-site debugging and other processes of the equipment;

3. During the specified quality assurance period, the supplier shall be responsible for any defects and failures caused by defects in the design process or materials, and shall be responsible for the losses and the supplier.

4. After the equipment is put into operation, if there is a failure due to product quality, the supplier needs to provide door-to-door service, the supplier will respond within 2 hours after receiving the written notice from the buyer, and arrive at the scene within 72 hours. The supplier is responsible for accidents caused by product quality.
