Scope of application
ZJC special turbine oil purifier for turbine oil is suitable for the purification of turbine oil (turbine oil), lubricating oil and cooling oil that remove a large amount of moisture and impurities. Turbine oil purifier is an indispensable equipment for power plants and hydropower stations.
Features:

Working principle
When the turbine oil purifier works, the waste oil remove large capacity of impurities through special filters. Use a special water separator and personalized vacuum separator, which used the oil-wet hydrophobic technology and "cavitation" principle, the waste oil in a vacuum separator expanded to several hundred times larger than the original, and "cavitation"system also allows the oil evaporation surface area is increasing, and evaporated interface constantly updated, so that the water in the oil quickly vaporized under low heat, high vacuum, large surface, high pumping speed conditions exhausted by the vacuum system.
The water and gas discharged from the upper portion of the vacuum separator, after twice cooling and dehumidification cooling system, and finally discharged from the vacuum pump.
The dry oil in vacuum separator which dewatered by vacuum pump, and become positive pressure through the oil pump. After fine filtration, the clean oil discharged from outlet valve after cooling. Then the process is over.
