Application:

This series portable hydraulic oil cleaning can be used to handle (lower than 50%) and serious emulsified turbine oil, hydraulic oil, anti-wear oil , lubricant oil, waste engine oil, ship oil, waste marine oil, bunker oil, motor oil, fuel oil and so on. Many waste ship oil with large water in it, the portable hydraulic oil cleaning is best choice. Since if use centrifugal machine to handle the oil with water, which will let the oil emulsified, then the water and oil is not easy to separate out. So you can choose this vacuum oil purifier to handle that kind oil, which can handle the water out quickly.

The working priciple:

The water and gas discharges from vacuum separator, after via cooling and dehumidification cooling system twice, and finally exhaust air by a vacuum pump. The dried oil via separator vacuum vaporization dewatered by vacuum pump, which passes the oil pump change the negative pressure into positive pressure , after fine filtration, the cleaning oil discharge from the outlet, completing the process.

The main technology:

1.professional technology: molecular de-emulsification, thin film evaporation combined with cooling systems.

2.Dehydration of high content water: after several times recycle, it can dehydrate the oil having water content up to 50%.

3. High efficiency: it can remove 0.65L to 2.8L water in one minute.
