环压测试仪的操作步骤
1、用途：
l 本機採用高精度感測器感應，測試紙和紙板之環壓強度、豎壓強度、膠合強度及平壓強度同時也可測試出拉力強度並直接顯示測試值。
2、原理：
l 本機為電子顯示環壓/拉力試驗機，使用馬達傳動螺杆而使夾具移動，將裝置好試樣試驗夾具置於上下兩夾具之間，然後施予規定之速度，上夾具向下壓縮試樣時，上夾具上端的荷重元即感受到壓力；而拉力測試是上夾具向上移動，下夾具向下移動，同樣夾具感受到壓力，並將力轉換成電壓訊號輸給顯示器，結果連用LOAD CELL力量感應器連接顯示器自動顯示力量值。
3、操作說明：
1.機臺必須接220V+5% 50HZ的電源，要有良好的接地保護措施。
2.打開面板上的電源開關後，面板得電，顯示器會自動打開程序。
3.確認機臺的行程保護裝置是否有效，是否合理。
4.將測試試樣放置於夾具中間，依試樣的厚度選擇內盤直徑置於試樣座上(內盤上標示適合試樣厚度以mm為單位),小心地把試樣插入試樣座,並確保插到底部如下圖3,按測試鍵和上升或下降鍵開始測試。
5.嚴禁上下夾具直接接觸，或以金屬類試件測試。
6.在測試過程中，若有異常狀況，可按停止鍵，關掉電源後立即通知維修人員檢測。待故障排除後方可使用。
7.打印機接受顯示器信號後，按打印鍵，即可打印當前日期、時間、次數和*大壓力值。(詳細操作見顯示器操作和打印機操作)
8.顯示器接受上壓板頂的壓力感應器之信號，顯示當時*大壓力值。按下清零鍵，可**顯示器上的數字。按下峰值鍵，在測試時可記錄下測試的*大值。
3, operating instructions:
1. The machine must meet 220 v + 5% 50 hz power, want to have a good grounding protection measures.
2. Open the panel power switches, the panel to electricity, display will automatically open the program.
(3) to confirm that the machine trip protection is effective, whether reasonable.
4. Will test sample in place among fixture, in accordance with the thickness of sample selection double diameter in sample seat (on the double labeling for sample thickness to mm for unit), carefully put the sample into sample holder, and make sure that the plug to bottom below in figure 3, according to the test key and rising or falling key to begin testing.
5. It is strictly prohibited to fixture and direct contact with, or in metal sample test.
6. In the test process, if there is abnormal condition, can press the stop button, switch off the power supply immediately notify maintenance personnel detection. For troubleshooting rear can use.
7. Printer accept display signal, press print key, can print the current date, time, number and maximum pressure value. (detailed operation see display operation and printer operation)
8. Display accept top board top pressure sensor's signals, display the biggest pressure value. Press the reset button, can clear display digital. Press the peak key, in the test can record a maximum of test.
