HZ-3100A 100A Transformer DC Winding Resistance Measurement

I. Overview
Transformer DC resistance is a must-test item for semi-finished products in finished transformer manufacturing, finished product testing, installation, overhaul, change of tap-changer, handover test and preventive test in power sector. It is possible to check the welding quality of the winding joint and whether the winding has a turn-to-turn short circuit. It can detect whether the contact of each position of the voltage tap changer is good and whether the actual position of the tap changer matches the indicated position, whether the lead wire is broken or not, and the multi-strａnd wire is wound. Whether there are broken shares and so on. In order to meet the needs of rapid measurement of DC resistance of transformers, our company developed HZ-3100A DC resistance tester. The instrument adopts new power supply technology and features small size, light weight, large output current, good repeatability, strong anti-interference ability and perfect protection function. The whole machine is controlled by high-speed single-chip microcomputer, with high degree of automation and automatic discharge and discharge alarm function. The instrument has high test accuracy and easy operation, and can realize rapid measurement of the direct resistance of the transformer.

II.Security Measures
1. Please read this manual carefully before using this instrument.
2. The operator of the instrument should have common knowledge of the use of general electrical equipment or instruments.
3. This instrument can be used indoors and outdoors, but should be used away from rain, corrosive gas and other places.
4. The instrument should avoid severe vibration.
5. Maintenance, care and adjustment of the instrument should be carried out by professionals.
6. After the test is completed, be sure to wait until the discharge alarm sound stops before turning off the power and remove the test line.
7. Measure the no-load voltage regulating transformer. Be sure to wait for the discharge indicating alarm sound to stop and switch the gear position.
8. During the test, it is forbidden to move the test clip and power supply line.
